Our traveling chefs serve Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and Northwest Arkansas, including Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbia, Springfield, Branson, Lake of the Ozarks, Des Moines, Wichita, Bentonville, Fayetteville, and Rogers. Ask us about your location.

Your chef works with you to shape a menu for your event, then takes care of the food and kitchen details in your home, vacation rental, or chosen space. It’s a personal, chef-led experience rather than a standard drop-off meal.

Pricing depends on the menu, guest count, service, and location. PCC provides a tailored quote before booking. The current meal prep FAQ lists $45–$55 per person plus groceries; confirm your specific plan with us.

PCC chefs can plan around many dietary preferences and restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, and keto. Please share allergies and cross-contact concerns in your inquiry so we can discuss what is safe and feasible.

Send us your occasion, preferred date, location, guest count, and any food preferences through the inquiry form. We’ll follow up with availability and a quote. The source FAQ lists an 18% non-refundable deposit to secure a date, with final payment due before the event; confirm the terms in your quote.

For online payment, request a secure Square checkout link after your date and quote are confirmed. For an in-person payment, PCC can take payment with a Square Reader. Payment timing and deposit details will be confirmed with your booking.

Your chef coordinates the menu and, depending on the agreed service, shopping, cooking, plating, and kitchen cleanup. Servers, rentals, or beverage pairings may be available by request.
